ELIGIBILITY: Guests must provide full legal names and photo ID’s in order for the booking to be confirmed. No non-registered overnight guests permitted. For emergency safety, please list first names and ages of all children staying overnight, as well. This property has stairs. Parents are responsible for monitoring their children at all times.
ACCESS: You will be given a code to gain access just prior to your arrival at The Selah Suite. Access is through the front door. Please keep doors locked when you are away. There is a doorbell camera on the exterior of the home and a security system with smoke and Co2 detectors, water leak detectors and glass break sensors. The system will not be armed during your stay, but will alert us should there be a water or fire emergency.
SPACIOUS AND QUIET: You will enjoy the serenity of a the entire home in this quiet, bedroom community very close to restaurants and recreation. The entire upstairs is available for your enjoyment. Downstairs is not occupied, but will not be accessible and will remain locked throughout your stay.
DAMAGES AND INCIDENTALS: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Should something break or stop working, please notify us immediately at (865) 804-8200. Accidents happen, so we will work with you to resolve whatever the issue is if you notify us. Should something stop working during your stay, we will make every effort to get it repaired. Please notify us immediately.
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Dish Soap and even Laundry Soap has been provided, for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with convenient items for you to enjoy.

Situated in Dandridge, this vacation home is within a 5-minute drive of Douglas Lake, Dandridge Town Hall, and Dandridge Memorial Public Library. Town of Dandridge Park and Commonwealth Dandridge are also very close by.
